 Alaungdaw Kathapa National Park is located in Monywa District
of Sagaing Division and its area is (620.35) square-miles. Being
natural sanctuary various trees like teak, iron-wood, various
species of bamboo are naturally grown there.
Varieties of bird-species which are naturally habited are
harmonious with the natural beauty of pleasant forests. Over
(60) species of various rare birds:
In addition, over (200) species of colorful butterflies flying
