Alaungdaw Kathapa National Park

Alaungdaw Kathapa National Park is located in Monywa District of Sagaing Division and its area is (620.35) square-miles. Being natural sanctuary various trees like teak, iron-wood, various species of bamboo are naturally grown there.
Varieties of bird-species which are naturally habited are harmonious with the natural beauty of pleasant forests. Over (60) species of various rare birds:
In addition, over (200) species of colorful butterflies flying can be found and tone research. One can amazingly observe variety of mammals such as elephants, leopards, wild dogs, wild cats, monkeys, bears, barking beer, and ate there.
