Day 1 Yangon (Arrival)
Arrive
at Yangon International Airport, pick up by our company
representative.
After check in hotel, take your time free. Upon to your arrival
time at Yangon, you can make half day sightseeing in the town or
take a rest at your hotel to refresh for your great tip in
Myanmar. Dinner and one night stay at a hotel in Yangon will
serve you pleasure.
Day 2 Yangon
In
the morning, visit Shwedagon Pagoda, over 2500-year-old gigantic
golden stupa on the highest hill in Yangon. It is the most
popular and holy place of the Buddhist people and land mark of
Myanmar. After that, observe morning fish market and colorful
Thirimingalar Market, the biggest vegetable market in Myanmar.
See many different kinds of fish and vegetable from all over the
country. On the way to downtown, visit historic Botahtaung
pagoda, Yangon river site and Strand Hotel, the earliest 5star
hotel in Myanmar and one of the most famous historic colonial
buildings in Asia. Visit 2000-year old Sule pagoda and some
beautiful colonial buildings in the town. In the afternoon,
proceed to Chaukhtautgyi Buddha image, the biggest reclining
image in Yangon and Ngahtatgyi sitting Buddha image. In the
evening, stroll around the town and visit China-town to see real
life of the people in an ancient city, Yangon.
Day 3. Yangon - Pindaya
In
the morning, flight to Heho and proceed to Pindaya by two hours
scenic driving to Pindaya Cave, a famous line stone cave with
over 3000 Buddha Images made of different metals in different
shades for many purpose. It is saturated on the cliff of the
rocky mountain. It was hidden on the cliff behind the bushes for
a long time and found in 1981. Visiting in the cave is like
entering marvelous Buddha Image museum of Shan people. Bamboo
umbrella and paper factory is an idea place for tourists in
Pindaya. In the evening, stroll around the Pindaya Lake and
village. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 4. Pindaya –Inle
Proceed
to Inle lake by morning scenic long driving to discover
lifestyle of the Inthar people who live in the highest lake of
the country, Inle lake, which is the second largest lake and
lies among the hazy blue mountain of the Shan mountain range.
Leg rolling fisher men, floating tomato gardens, weaving and
silver smith villages are unique attraction of the lake. We will
visit Phaungdaw Oo pagoda for its 11th century style five golden
Buddha images and an old Shan lacquer ware Buddha images museum
at Jumping Cat Monastery in the day time. On the way back to
hotel, we enjoy the beautiful sunset on boat. The scenery of the
beautiful sunset on the shoulder of hazy blue mountain range
behind the lake will feel you as in paradise.
Day 5. Inle, Indein
In
the morning, we visit colorful morning five-day market to see
colorful Shan tribes by having a scenic boat driving through
floating vegetable islands and ethnic villages. Boat excursion
among the villages will take you back to the time of one century
ago. On the way to Indein, we enjoy upstream driving through
small locks of the narrow stream surrounded by greed bamboo
forest and paddy fields. In Indein, we walk in the ruined
pagodas complex to explore the striking old Buddha images in and
out of the ruined temples. It looks like a hiding small ancient
Bagan for over one thousand small ruined stupas of 11th century.
We will take the time to be free and easy in the peaceful
evening.
Day 6. Inle-Mandalay-Thibaw
Breakfast at the hotel, and proceed to airport for our light
to Mandalay International airport. Arrive at the airport and
drive to Thibaw by our private car. It will be half day scenic
driving along the silk-road. We will have our lunch on the way
and make some biological stops on the way. It will be high
elevation mostly. In the evening, visit famous Bawgyo Pagoda and
enjoy the sunset in Thibaw. Dinner and night stop at Mr.Char
Guest house will serve you to be pleasure.
Day 7. Thibaw Sightseeing
Morning boat trip on misty river is lovely and peaceful to
have a vacation to an old Shan monastery, over hundred year old
wooden monastery with ancient Buddha images inside, by 45 minute
trekking in the colorful farms of flowers, fruits and vegetables
on the river bank. We will take our time at the monastery to
observe their daily life. After their lunch time, we visit a
Shan village which is very beautiful as a colorful garden, calls
Sein Lone village. We will try tasty Shan noodle soup for lunch
at the village. In the evening, we will make an easy trekking to
a waterfall for about one hour. Night stay is at Mr.Char guest
house in Thibaw.
Day 8. Thibaw-Pyin-Oo-Lwin
After
breakfast, we will make a train journey to get an unforgettable
unique adventure experience to Pyin Oo lwin. Driving on the
world second highest viaduct, historic Gokhtaik is one of the
best train journey in Myanmar. The bridge was built by the
Pennsylvania Steel Co in 1903. In the evening, we will arrive
Pyin Oo Lwin railway station and take a visit to Pyichit Buddha
image, huge marble image and the best beautiful botanical garden
in Pyi Oo Lwin. Night stop at Pyin Oo Lwin will make you to be
peaceful under cold climate for its elevation.
Day 9. Pyin-Oo-Lwin-Mandalay
Pyin
Oo Lwin is a peaceful town and famous as a former British hill
station. After excursion morning market, old colonial buildings
and Pwe Kauk waterfall, we proceed to Mandalay. After lunch,
check in hotel in Mandaly and take your time easy to refreshment
for previous long journey. Leisure evening at the hotel or
strolling around Mandalay Palace will serves you to be pleasure.
Day 10. Mandalay
In
the morning, visit Amarapura, Mahamuni Buddha image and its
compound which is crowded with local pilgrimages during the hold
day and Mahagandaryone monastery, one of the biggest monastic
schools for over one thousand educated Buddhist monk. In the
evening, we make a social call to Shwenandaw Monastery, the most
beautifully woodcarving monastery originally from the palace
compound of King Thibaw, Kuthodaw Pagoda know as the
“ World Biggest book” for his 729 stone tablets of Buddhist Pali
canon and Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, a great single marble Buddha
image. During the peaceful time of sunset on the Mandalay hill,
we can have a magnificent view of Mandalay city and its
countryside.
Day 11. Mandalay-Mingun-Sagaing-Inwa
In
the morning, we take an excursion boat trip on the mighty
Ayeyarwaddy to explore the way of life of the people who live on
the banks of the river and on the small sand islands.
The first visit for the day program will be the world biggest
running bell, Mingun Bell, the biggest temple of Myanmar,
Mingunphahtotawgyi and the most beautiful temple on the world,
Myatheindan Zadi in Mingun village. Then we continue to Sagaing
hill covered with over 500 stups and Buddhist monasteries to
visit Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda and the Buddha images of the U
Minthonesel cave on the hill top. The vista of Mandaly city,
beautiful Ayeyarwaddy River and Kaungmudaw Pagoda could be seen
very clearly from the hill. In the evening, we visit Inwa for an
old teak wood Bagaya monastery, an old brick monastery, Maha
Aungmye Bonezan monastery and Nanmyint Watch Tower. We will have
unforgettable sunset experiences at over 200-year- old world
longest teak bridge, U BeinBridge in Taungthaman lake.
Day 12. Mandalay – Monywa
In the morning, proceed to Monywa, the biggest Burma typical
town in Western Myanmar and the main gate way to India. In our
half day driving to Monywa, we visit Kaung Hmu Daw Padgoda and
sliver smith factory in Sagaing. Lunch at Monywa and our
sightseeing will be included Thanbodday Temple, Bawdi Tahtaung
Pagoda, Alantayar Buddha Image, the second largest reclining
Buddha image and the world highest Buddha statue Laykyunsatkyar
Standing Buddha Statue. We will enjoy the sunset at historical
Shwe San Daw Pagoda or on the bank of the Chindwin River. We end
our daytime program with the overnight stay in Monywa.
Day 13. Monywa ~ Kpine village ~ Alangdawkassapa National
Park
We proceed to the other side of the famous Chindwin River and
drive to Kapine village. After taking a short rest at a
monastery, we continue to Alaungdawkassapa National Park by 3
hours adventure driving. It is one of the earliest national park
in Myanmar. On the way, we will see some animals as beer, dear
and some rare species of birds. Lunch at Gonenyinpin camp and
visit Phayar Wa elephant camp for their daily activity and way
of life of the people who live together with elephants in the
forest. In the evening, arrive at forest Thit Lone Pin based
camp. Dinner and over night at forest guest house is look like a
camping trip.
Day14. Adventure Safari by Elephant Trekking
After breakfast visit Alaungdawkassapa cave by elephant
trekking for one hour. It up to the water level of the small
river on the way to cave. Alaugndawkassapa is a name of a famous
monk in Buddhist history. So, this national park is famous not
only for the dense forest but also for the cave. After
sightseeing at the cave, continue our elephant riding to Aunggyi
elephant camp. Elephant trekking in the long elephant grass
forest and muddy river area. In our trekking, we will see some
beautiful orchid. Lunch at the based camp. After lunch, we will
have to take another two elephants for evening trekking in the
dense forest again. In the evening, we will make our safari
along the Thapeiksay creek. It is the best place for our safari.
If you are lucky, we will see bear, dear, wild elephant and guar
and etc. Dinner and overnight at the forest guest house again.
Day 15. Alaungdawkassapa National Park ~ Kapine village ~
Monywa
In the morning, proceed back to Kapine village by adventure
driving for 20 miles. On the way, take your time for your
photos. We will stay one night at hotel in Monywa.
Day 16. Monywa – Pakokku
Morning
sightseeing at Phowintaung Pagoda complex, which is one of the
hidden cultural heritage sites in Asia, will be a highlight of
you trip. There are many lime stone-cave-shrines with 16th
century painting on the inner wall and various sizes of stone
Buddha images inside. Most are ruined and still in origin. It’s
also an oasis of the monkeys on the eastern bank of the Chindwin
River. After lunch, we proceed to Pakokku to explore some
ancient monuments and visit Pakhangyi Ancient Wooden Buddhist
Monasteries in Pakhan. Overnight stay at a small guest house in
Pakokku will serve you local atmosphere.
Day 17. Pakokku – Mindat
After
breakfast, drive to Mindat for our soft adventure trekking trip
in Chin State. On the way, visit morning market at Kanma village
and take a short rest at Pontaung and Ponenyar mountain range.
In the evening, arrive at Mindut and stroll around the town. It
is a small hill station but second capital of Chin state. It was
one of the British administrative towns in colonial time. We
will have dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay at a
hotel in Mindut.
Day 18. Mindut
After visiting morning market, start half day trekking to Pan
Aut Chin Village. We will see different tattooed faces of the
other Chin women and their way of life. It is one of the big
villages of about 400 villager. In our sightseeing in the
village, it will include old shaman’s house, wooden memorial
poles of their nat festivals, old stone tombs at their cemetery
and Chin traditional huts under decorated by many skulls, horns
and bones of the different animals. In the evening, we take our
time easy or visit some more villages nearby town. We will have
dinner at a small restaurant and over night at a local house.
Day 19. Mindat - Kyardo Village – Aye Village
After
breakfast, start morning scenic driving to Crake River among the
Chin mountain range. We will leave our jeep at a small bridge
and start up trekking to Chin old traditional villages, Kyardo
village and Lutpe village, for about one and half hour. All of
these villages are on the hill-side of the mountain and all
villagers still use their traditional costumes and live in their
traditional huts made of bamboo and long grass. After
sightseeing in the village, enjoy their traditional dancing by
taking Chin wine, “Khaungye”. Lunch at the village and continue
our trekking to the other site of the mountain range to catch
our jeep again and driver to Aye Village for another one hour.
It will be very cold at the village as its meaning, Aye village
means “cold village”. It is in the valley of 300sq miles wide
Natma Taung National Park. Wondering in the village to observe
the way of life of Chin people and studying the tattooed faced
old women are one of the highlight of our trip. Dinner and
overnight stay at a village house will give as rare experience.
Day 20. Aye Village – Mt. Vactoria – Kampalat
After
breakfast, we are taken to the base camp of 10200ft high Mt.
Vactoria by our jeep for an hour driving. And then, we will
leave our jeep at the based camp and start up trekking to the
top of the mountain for 3.5 miles distance. It will be a hard
trekking in the first three quarter and will be easy in the rest
time till to the top. We have lunch at the summit of Mt.
Victoria. It is a home of Myanmar birds and wild orchids. It’s a
good trekking under the shady trees, fragrance of the flowers
and among the green bamboo bushes. After lunch, we trek back to
our jeep and continue our journey to Kampalat. After taking a
rest at hotel, we wonder around the Kampalat town to see the way
of life of the people. Pine Hill hotel’s dinner and services for
night stay will make us pleased.
Day 21. Kampalat – Bagan
In
the morning, we proceed to historical capital Bagan for Myanmar
ancient temples and stupas excursion. On the way, we enjoy
scenic long journey in the forest mountain and visit Saw and
some villages. Lunch at a local restaurant and make some
biological stops on the way. In the evening, arrive at Bagan,
one of the wonders of the world and the biggest UNICCO site in
Asia and the unique cultural heritage of the Myanmar nation. In
the evening, enjoy the sunset at a big temple, Pyathatgyi
temple. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Bagan will serve
you to refresh again.
Day 22. Bagan
In
the morning, we visit colorful morning vegetable market in
Nyaung Oo, the best model Shwezegone pagoda, Htilominlo Temple,
three story temple with amazing architecture style and Khayminga
five-corner stupas compound.
After lunch, proceed to lacquer ware factory to study the
process of lacquer ware making in Bagan. It is a unique souvenir
of not only Bagan but also Myanmar. In the evening, we visit
around Manuha Buddha images, the only one stone carving
decorated temple, Nan Phayar and Gupyutgyi Temple which famous
for its 11th century painting inside. After visiting other rest
monument, enjoy the unforgettable vista of Bagan and wonderful
moment in your life by watching the sunset from a peaceful and
quite temple.
Day 23. Bagan - Ngapali
After
breakfast, transfer to airport for our flight to Thandwe
airport. Arrive at Ngapali Beach, it will be free time for your
leisure. Overnight stay at a hotel in Ngapali beach.
Day 24, 30. Ngapali beach
It
is the most beautiful popular beach in Southeast Asia and only
one ultimate unspoiled paradise place because it has not been
overdeveloped to cater to mass tourism. Swimming in the sea,
strolling on the sand beach, snorkeling on the white crystal
water and taking a rest by reading a book under the blue sunny
sky can be done for your pleasure at the beach.
Day 25. Ngapali Beach-Yangon
After morning leisure time at the beach, transfer to airport for
your flight back to Yangon. After check-in hotel in Yangon, take
your time easy or shopping and sightseeing some rest monuments
in Yangon. One more night stay in Yangon.
Day 26. Yangon
After breakfast, transfer to Yangon International Airport for
your departure.
Day 27.Yangon (Departure)After leisure morning, we will pick you up at your hotel to
Yangon International Airport for your onward departure flight.
